Omineca Industrial’s Machining Division is comprised of talented Red Seal tradespeople with years of experience in custom manufactured machinery, new parts, existing part modifications, and repair of broken or worn out equipment. Our skilled machinists are able to process steel, aluminum, plastics and other specialty materials giving us a great deal of flexibility in the types of projects we can take on.
Our Prince George based machine shop boasts both manual lathes and CNC equipment to help us meet all your design specifications. Our ever-expanding shop is equipped with state-of-the-art tools including milling machines, lathes, and a range of CNC equipment with large milling and turning capabilities which enables us to handle projects of all sizes and degrees of complexity.

CNC Machining
CNC Machines utilize the precision and automation of programmable software to achieve extremely precise results. However, like any computer, it is only as good as the operator; which is why Omineca Industrial employs knowledgeable CNC operators who can design, program and deliver highly complex projects.

Custom Parts Manufacturing
One of our areas of specialty is the creation of custom solutions to address your equipment challenges. Our strict quality standards mean that although our parts and equipment are always built to OEM specifications, they are often more durable and longer lasting than mass-produced factory parts. Assembly and Finishing

Our mobile field-based machining and welding team is eager to bring their skills and experience to your next project or worksite.
Line Boring
Over the years, Omineca Industrial has completed many line boring projects ranging from 1.5 inches to 7 inches in diameter both in our shop and in the field. Our field team utilizes portable welders and other specialty mobile equipment to build up or finesse your industrial parts and machinery at your site. Our services can encompass disassembly of equipment prior to line boring and, once the line boring is completed to the specified tolerances, we can assemble the equipment and test its functionality. In addition to in-house and field line boring services, Omineca Industrial is experienced in manufacturing changeable wear sleeves that provide an alternative to disassembling worn bushings for replacement. By focusing our efforts on the parts that sustain the most wear, we are able to reduce the amount of time it takes to repair worn components.
